Filta production capacity
FILTA has a professional production team who's driving principal is their quality control. From the production of the mould to packaging the final products, every step has strict quality checks. We take special care of our moulds and they are regularly maintained and repaired.
Filta produce process and quality control

The first step with mass production is die-casting, next is polishing where every one of our polishers are skillful with piece, then, after drilling holes and doing the precision work with the products, our quality assurance manager will make an inspection before the product is allowed to continue on to plating color, assembling and finally, packing. After a final quality inspection, all the packaged goods will be delivered to our warehouse.
